No artificial coloring or preservatives added. Our smoked WILD Chinook King Salmon, smoked Albacore Tuna, smoked Columbia River Sturgeon, smoked Black Cod (Sablefish) and smoked Pacific Northwest Oysters are all OREGON FRESH smoked products. We also offer custom smoking upon request.
