OUR PACIFIC NORTHWEST OYSTERS HAVE BEEN HARVESTED FOR MORE THAN 100 YEARS AND ARE THE BEST, MEATIEST, FINEST TASTING OYSTERS TO EVER PASS ONE'S PALLET. They are great for bar-b-que in the shell, and make a killer Oyster Rockefeller, our tempura battered and deep-fried oysters are a local favorite, fried oyster sandwich, or just raw shooters with some dynamite sauce.
We sell the fresh shucked oysters
(shucked the day of shipment) by the pint, 1/2 gallon, and gallon.
Our fresh shucked oysters are available in sizes: COCKTAIL, PETITE, EXTRA SMALL, SMALL,
MEDIUM & LARGE (6 TO 8 INCHES LONG).

You may order live in shell oysters by the dozen, 1/2 bushel (5 dozen) or full bushel (10 dozen). Sizes: Cocktail, Petite, Extra Small, Small, Medium & Large.
Live Kumamoto Oysters are $15.00 per dozen.
We ship the live in shell oysters and the fresh shucked oysters next day or second day air.
